Artificial que <strong>amplifican cualquier narrativa en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos<\/strong>, la l\u00ednea entre informar y sobreexponerse es cada vez m\u00e1s delgada.<\/p>\n<p>A esto se suma la l\u00f3gica de la inmediatez; ya que las organizaciones no solo deben comunicar bien, sino <strong>hacerlo r\u00e1pido, en tiempo real y bajo presi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, conocer despu\u00e9s de una mala experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>En contraste, la falta de transparencia puede provocar que el 86 por ciento de los consumidores sea m\u00e1s propenso a <strong>cambiar de marca y acudir con un competidor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien la transparencia es un principio fundamental, no todas las exposiciones son beneficiosas.<\/p>\n<p>Encontrar los l\u00edmites representa un desaf\u00edo para las organizaciones, porque guardar total silencio puede generar sospecha y especulaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que no comunicar tambi\u00e9n comunica, y casi siempre en contra de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la sobreexposici\u00f3n puede resultar igualmente peligrosa, ya que, cuando la <strong>transparencia se convierte en divulgaci\u00f3n indiscriminada<\/strong>, las empresas corren el riesgo de amplificar sus propias vulnerabilidades, exponer procesos inmaduros o evidenciar inconsistencias que, lejos de fortalecer la confianza, la erosionan.<\/p>\n<p>Una transparencia mal ejecutada \u2014reactiva, desordenada o impulsiva\u2014 puede ser percibida como falta de control, improvisaci\u00f3n o incluso ausencia de perspectiva empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Divulgar informaci\u00f3n sin jerarqu\u00eda ni narrativa puede confundir a las audiencias, diluir los mensajes clave y erosionar la confianza que se busca construir.<\/p>\n<p>En escenarios de crisis, por ejemplo, compartir informaci\u00f3n sin un marco narrativo claro puede resultar contraproducente.<\/p>\n<p>Los datos fragmentados o la comunicaci\u00f3n desordenada dejan espacio a m\u00faltiples interpretaciones adversas, alimentan rumores y especulaci\u00f3n, y pueden incluso intensificar el impacto reputacional de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un mensaje apresurado sobre un fallo operativo podr\u00eda ser interpretado como negligencia, mientras que la misma informaci\u00f3n, contextualizada de manera adecuada, con explicaciones y pasos de acci\u00f3n, permite
