global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p>A este dato se suma que, en\u00a0M\u00e9xico, el\u00a0<strong>26% de los consumidores ya utiliza IA para planificar o decidir sus compras en l\u00ednea<\/strong>, de acuerdo con el\u00a0<em>Estudio de H\u00e1bitos de Compra 2025<\/em>\u00a0de Elogia.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, esta adopci\u00f3n no implica una confianza plena, pues 53% de los consumidores manifiesta desconfianza o reservas frente a la fiabilidad e imparcialidad de los res\u00famenes generados por IA en los motores de b\u00fasqueda, seg\u00fan un informe de Gartner. Recomendaciones de contenido, productos sugeridos \u201cjusto a tiempo\u201d, mensajes que llegan en el momento preciso y flujos de atenci\u00f3n cuidadosamente dise\u00f1ados forman hoy parte del paisaje digital cotidiano. En \u00e9l, el consumidor \u201calgor\u00edtmico\u201d reconoce el valor funcional de la IA,\u00a0<strong>pero tambi\u00e9n es consciente de que sus interacciones y datos alimentan sistemas predictivos que anticipan \u2014y condicionan\u2014 sus decisiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que este consumidor cuestiona no es la presencia de la tecnolog\u00eda, sino su hegemon\u00eda. No rechaza la automatizaci\u00f3n, pero exige se\u00f1ales claras de criterio editorial, intenci\u00f3n humana y l\u00edmites \u00e9ticos. Quiere percibir que no todo est\u00e1 completamente delegado al sistema; que detr\u00e1s de cada recomendaci\u00f3n existe una curadur\u00eda, una narrativa y una responsabilidad asumida por la marca.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que la inteligencia artificial ha perfeccionado la capacidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/infosol.com.mx\/wordpress\/social-commerce-generacion-z\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">predecir comportamientos<\/a> con notable precisi\u00f3n, pero no necesariamente la de interpretar intenciones. Puede identificar patrones recurrentes, pero carece de sensibilidad para comprender matices culturales, emocionales o contextuales que no siempre se traducen en datos estructurados.
